In this tab, you can easily view and manage all your MetaFiles that are present in your MetaLibrary.
The tab provides two different views: Worksheet and Showroom.
The Worksheet view allows you to organize your MetaFiles in an Excel sheet-style format with columns and rows, and all the relevant meta data is attached. This view is particularly beneficial for users who prefer to view their data in a structured form and those who need to analyze and sort their MetaFiles based on specific criteria.
On the other hand, the Showroom view enables the users to see their audio and visual media in large thumbnails. This view is more suitable for users who need to browse through their media files quickly and efficiently without sifting through large amounts of data.
In either view, the MetaFiles remain easily accessible and can be sorted and managed accordingly.
The searchbar enables you to perform a comprehensive search through the MetaLibraries entire collection, the tags included are filenames, descriptions, keywords, scenes, shots, takes and comments.
The searchbar uses fuzzy matching, meaning that it can identify files based on partial keywords or similar phrases. For instance, it will also display results for "A003" if a user types in "A001."
To achieve more precise results, you can also make use of the filters available in the Worksheet View. These filters provide advanced options for refining search results using specific parameters, such as date range, file size, file type, and more.
